Immunization Support


Public Health Nurses are available to provide the following:
  • Current trends of vaccine preventable diseases
  • The State of Arizona's immunization requirements for school entry
  • Immunization record screening
  • Assistance with the Immunization Data Report for schools and childcare centers
  • Student mentoring and immunization clinical experience for nursing and medical assistant students
