If you would like to find out if your property is located in a floodplain, you have two options:
- View the Flood Control District 100-year FEMA floodplain maps online. Each map is designed to give you an idea if your property is situated in a floodplain. The map is not an official document that can be used for floodplain determination. Contact the Flood Control District at (602) 506-1501 for more information.
- Fax a request to the Flood Control District for a floodplain determination. There is no fee for floodplain determinations. Print and fill out the Flood Hazard Information Request form and fax it to (602) 372-6232. A District representative will complete the form with the zone and map information and fax it back to you.
