Construction Plans and Specifications is a public procurement solicitation for construction services that requests qualified Arizona state registered construction contractors to submit a proposal in a specified format. The information to be provided by the interested construction contractor includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Contract number
- Project name
- Project description/scope of work, including engineering drawings, processes, procedures, materials and labor specifications, maps, reports, forms and miscellaneous exhibits
- Costs/deposits required to obtain plans and specifications, if any, and whom to contact
- Terms, conditions, reference documents and legal requirements
- Project completion time requirements, including penalties/damages for not completing the project on time in accordance with the contract
- Surety/payment/performance bonds and insurance/indemnification requirements
- Minimum contractor licensing qualifications and experience
- Estimated total contract dollar amount range for the project
- Proposal evaluation criteria and contractor selection process
- Schedule of events including pre-bid/pre-submittal meetings, submittal deadlines and other related events
- Proposal submittal requirements, instructions and format
- Sample contract
- Persons to contact for additional information
Firms and individuals may use the information provided in this list to contact other firms to partner and contract with as a subconsultant and/or material vendor. Construction plan services and professional architectural/engineering information service agencies may use this list to market their services to the firms listed and to share with their customers.
These lists are composed of companies who have requested plans and specifications.
