Request for Qualifications is a public procurement solicitation that requests interested qualified professional Arizona state registered consulting firms to submit a proposal in a specified format. Information to be provided by the interested consulting firm includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Contract number
- Project name
- Project description/scope of work, including maps and exhibits
- Terms, conditions, reference documents and legal requirements
- Project completion time requirements
- Minimum qualifications, training, and experience of the firm and individuals
- Estimated total contract dollar amount range for the project
- Schedule of events including pre-submittal meetings, submittal deadlines, presentations/interviews, etc.
- Evaluation criteria and consultant selection process
- Proposal submittal requirements, instructions and format
- Sample contract
- Persons to contact for additional information
Firms and individuals may use the information provided in this list to contact other firms to partner and contract with as a subconsultant and/or material vendor. Construction plan services and professional architectural/engineering information service agencies may use this list to market their services to the firms listed and to share with their customers.
These lists are composed of companies who have requested the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
