The purpose of the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program is to encourage and increase the participation of small business enterprises in County procurement activity. This policy is consistent with the law (A.R.S. 41-2535 A. through C.), and the Maricopa County Procurement Code.
Maricopa County procures materials, supplies, equipment, and Article 3 contractual services in a manner that enhances opportunities for Small Business Enterprises.
