The District has coordinated with the Town of Gilbert on this project, which corrects capacity deficiencies for the East Maricopa Floodway.
The design concept temporarily stores a portion of the flood waters in the Rittenhouse and Chandler Heights Basins and then releases it after the peak flows in the EMF have subsided.
This public meeting will be the only meeting for this project. The purpose is to inform the community about the project and to seek input and comments on any drainage issues within the study area. |
