Registered Nurse*

RN

As a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Correctional Health Services (CHS), you will help fulfill the mission of providing medically necessary, evidence-based integrated health care to patients going through the judicial system. Our nurses are engaged, lifelong learners who believe in a culture of collaboration, communication, and a team approach to quality patient care. You will respond to the medical needs and provide necessary continuity of care that may emerge during a patient’s stay in the county jail. As a Correctional Health Services Nurse, you will help individuals build healthier lives and provide hope for a brighter future.

Licensed Practical Nurse*

Psychologist

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be a vital member of the Correctional Health Team and work in partnership with Maricopa County Sheriff’s Detention Officers. You will perform specialized nursing functions, including administering medications, therapeutic treatments, providing extensive patient care, and participating in the planning, implementation, and overall nursing care evaluation.

Dentistdental

Are you interested in changing the lives of those who need oral care within corrections facilities? As our Dentist, you will respond to urgent dental needs, provide necessary continuity of care services for patients with chronic care conditions, and offer appropriate dental services that may emerge during patients’ stay in the county jail system. This job allows you to treat a diverse population and provide services to those for whom these services are often not available.
