September is National Preparedness Month and we're focusing on being ready, prepared and healthy. Starting September 17, 2022, we're offering multiple free services to prevent diseases like breast cancer, COVID-19, influenza, high blood pressure and more with free clinics in three communities across the valley.

Mammograms:
- Appointments required ahead of time by calling 888-233-6121
Vaccinations:
- For everyone 6 months and older:
  - COVID-19
  - Flu*
- For adults 19 and older:
  - Hepatitis A
  - Hepatitis B
  - Tdap
  - Shingles (50 and older)*
  - Pneumococcal (65 and older)*
Health screenings:
- A1C diabetes
- Cholesterol
- Osteoporosis
- Hypertension/blood pressure
- Breathing assessment
