A Temporary/Seasonal Food Establishment permit is required for vendors operating at events unless they are operating within the guidelines of their Food Catering Permit or Mobile Food Establishment Permit, or are a Cottage Food Vendor. Vendors that have an Eating & Drinking Permit or Food Processor/Production Permit may also need to obtain a Temporary/Seasonal Food Establishment Permit unless they are only providing individually packaged non-time/temperature control for safety foods that are properly labeled.
