Biography
Scott C. Blake was elected as Constable of the Hassayampa Precinct in November of 2014. The Hassayampa precinct is the largest of all the precincts in Maricopa County.
History
As a Boy Scout, Constable Blake learned one of his greatest strengths was serving others within his community while earning the rank of Eagle Scout in 1982. In 1985 he graduated with honors from high school and later earned an electrical degree.
Starting in 1988, he worked 10 - 12 hour days providing community services for two years while leading groups of other volunteers as a Trainer, District Leader, Zone Leader and Assistant to the President.
Constable Blake has owned his own business in the west valley for 21 years. He started as an owner operator and grew the business through franchises and employees and while doing this he learned important principles and values that he is implementing into the office of Constable.
He has been a member of the Arizona Constable Association since 2014 and
has completed all the training provided by the Maricopa County Sheriffs
Office for Constables. He continues to train with the association for
continuing education credits.
Family & Community
Constable Blake has been married for 14 years to Danielle, has five children and has lived in the west valley for 24 years. He divides his time between work, family, church and the scouting program.
Community service continues to play a role in his life while participating in the Boy Scouts of America as a merit badge counselor, serving with others within his community with Surprise Pride Day and recently completing CERT (Community Emergency Response Training).

Constables are the Executive and enforcement branch of the Justice
Court. The office of Constable and Justice of the Peace are responsible
to the voters and are elected to reflect the values and concerns of the

The state of Arizona has had some famous Constables in its history.
Wyatt and Virgil Earp served as Constables. After he was elected as a
Constable, Wesley Bolin, served as Justice of the Peace, the Secretary
of State, and then on to the Governor’s office.
